Cake Olympus Olive Oil


A fresh sweet for every hour!  Preparation time 80-90’



  • 2 eggs
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • ¾ of a glass of Greek Pure Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 glass of genuine orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  •  1 vanilla bag 500gr of baking powder flour
  •  Powdered sugar for garnishment



1)  Put the eggs in one big bowl one by one. Add the sugar, the orange juice, our Greek Olive Oil, the baking powder, the vanilla and the orange juice. In the end add the flour. By using a hand mixer mix all our ingredients very good. Our mixture is ready!

2)  We need a moderate special cake utensil with a hole in the center. After putting Olive Oil and flour, it is ready for our mixture and we can start baking. Bake our cake in the kitchen, which must be already hot, in the 160 degrees C for about an hour.

3)  Serve it in one big dish. Additionally, you can garnish it (optionaly) with powdered sugar.
